A cleft alveolar ridge was treated with BoxTechnique and xenograft/allograft( Mineross-Mineross X by BioHorizons). The PDLLA membrane feature allow to shape and fit exactly to the cleft.
At the first surgery we placed a Tapered Plus implant. Six months later we founded a nice alveolar ridge with a very nice quality of bone where we installed another implant. The primary stability and the bone and soft tissue allow us immediate function.
